The Christmas Year/End fiesta this year will be held Saturday December 5th at 7:30pm in El Torito Pub on Revolucion between 2nd and Third Street. Free beer, soda and water will be available for all. We will be offering 100 free tacos as well, and Amo and I are excited about this venue. We will be on the second floor and it is spacious and has pool tables and a mechanical bull as well. The mechanical bull will be free and maybe the pool tables too, but I am not sure.

The owner has been very generous with his pricing to bring us in and if this works out I believe it could be our permanent home of the fiestas. He is offering a $20 corkage fee complete with service. We all know that tourism is dead on Rev, but this guy seems to be one of the really true "good people" on Rev and he has owned El Torito Pub for 15 years now. He speaks good English and sees this as an opportunity to bring more business in. His name is Alejandro or "Alex" and if you are in the area stop by and say hello and let him know you plan to attend the fiesta on December 5.

As many of you know this fiesta is a fund raiser for the orphanage we have been working with since 2001 I believe. There are only 12 kids this year, and if you want to sponsor one, please pm me. Generally $50 work of clothes/and or toys is what we shoot for per kid. There is a need for 3 bikes as well and if you want to buy one, please again pm me, so that we don't duplicate gifts.

We can also use gifts for the raffle. Booze, cd's, books, shirts, etc are all appreciated and gag gifts are as well. We will try to have the drawing at 10pm for those that have plans for later in the evening. Tickets will be $10 each, 3 for $20, 10 for $60 and 20 for $100. The last two prizes will be a one hour date with a Team Juanita escort. 100% of all raffle proceeds will go to the orphanage. Now you do not have to donate or buy raffle tickets to attend, as this is a year end celebration and I understand that money may be tight for some. Please do not let your inability to donate keep you from the fiesta. Don't worry if you are new or a lurker, as there are no strangers, just friends I haven't met yet. Feel free to bring your friends...men or women as again everyone is welcome.

In addition to the escorts, we will have pizzas from NY pizza and a package from VivaMex in the raffle.

I know that in the past some of you bring food to the events, but since this place is a bar/restaurant I don't think that would be appropriate.
