It's open air, using the same "misting" cooling system as Dollhaus. They get AFN sports network, same as Paradise beer Garden and The International, which means they get "a" football game either live or repeated most of the day during football season.
Like their Sub D predecessors, they have live music in the evenings, and the pool tables are the major attraction. Seating is relatively limited and horrible, IMO, bar stools based and mostly focused on the street view.
Menu isn't horribly priced, but as Philly's is 100% backed by the old Shano's/International management "brain trust", there's no value there either.

Here is a picture.

Currently running a 99 Piso all-in breakfast menu including coffee with free refills. That's a heck of a deal while it lasts if you're up between 6:00am and 10:00am. (about the time I'm usually dismissing my 5:00am ST pull so I am up those hours.)

They have a buffet lunch 11-3, pay by the kilo. I averaged 180 per meal (4+ bucks), food was OK/iffy, better than what I microwave back home.

Breakfast specials now p125, free coffee a good deal if you drink the stuff, 3-10 AM.
No more lunch buffet. As always a decent place to hang out and watch the world go by.
