I've had some very nice times at the Finnland Massage in Cebu City. All taxi drivers know where it is. P300 to rent a room with the girl of your choice, then approx. P500 to P1000 for extras. It's a bit rundown but actually but the girls are sweet. Recommend: Jackie #70, Lorna #20, Mary #72, Christy #5, Leah #36

The more expensive place is Mandaue City, east of Cebu City. It's called Ceasar's and you just pay one price there, P1800 or P2000 as I recall. Much nicer place, selection a grade above, girls not quite as sweet IMHO.

Can't say enough about how good the girls at Finnland are, I think about them alot. Mary's BJ is unforgetable and it's obvious she really likes her job. Jackie is prettier but she can act silly, both are very petite. Leah is taller, good looking, an athletic type of body. Christy, is short, a sweetheart, her voice in particular was so soothing when she spoke. Lorna was special, great massage like Mary but quite a bit better looking, avg. size body. Mary & Jackie may still be there, but most likely those other are not. All but Leah and Lorna have had kids, although try as you might you could not find any evidence on Mary and she's had three! Heck, I used to be one of their best customers, often going there in the afternoon and again late at night.

Dale, I've taken a casa girl all the way out to Boracay Island before so if that is possible then taking a bargirl out to Mactan Island should be simple. I'm sure it just depends though, some of the bargirls have to return home to take care of their children or keep up the illusion to their parents that they have a regular job, etc.

I have stayed at the resorts in Mactan Islands a number of times. In general there are no problems in bringing a girl back - some indeed live on the Island itself, and some would complain it is 'very far' but would come anyway as long as you pay 'em the fare back home (150PHP). Tambuli is a well known, cheap beach hotel where there aren't any problems getting girls in. At the Waterfront hotel in Mactan she has to sign a name on the book before going up (not a registration), while at the Waterfront hotel in Cebu (Lahug) they really don't care even if there are signs saying that guests aren't allowed after 10pm. I have stayed at Shangri-La in Mactan, and while they aren't too happy if you bring someone back, you can (they will ask her for ID though). Else you can try some of the bars in Mactan - there are quite a few !

a little update on finland, YES its still around, i just got back from phill for 3 weeks, went to finland 3 times, its in the mayuur building , 3rd floor, now the room is 525 (still rundown) single matress on a wooden frame, that they block the door with after your in, i gave tha girl #24 Kerin 22 years old really tight and nice personality 1500 she started at 2500 , but i said in cebu the rate is 1500, she was happy to take it. uncovered bj and fuck in 3 positions, i was really happy with her. they have 2 shifts there first is i think 9-3 then 3-11. i would recommend it highly.
