Located between Brass Knob and Eruptions/Dr. Holm's, this is a sort of upscale Italian place. Pizza is about the cheapest menu item at p350 plus. They serve wines by the glass and bottle and have a pretty impressive Euro bar collection (well, for the PI!).
A few of us stumbled in here drunk a year or so back, and the waiter (manager? owner?) told me their pizza would be "the best pizza I ever had". That was a stretch, but the "salami" pizza was indeed damned tasty. FAR better than Salvatore's, IMO. Of course it's also easily 80% more expensive...
Not a bad quiet, relatively classy place to take a girl you want to "romance". Of course, SHE would probably be happier at Jollibee, and YOU would save 300+ pesos!

This place kicks ass. Not cheap, but pizza very good for 3rd world. Medium costs 10 bucks.
