Open air restaurant complex just past Blue Nile before hitting MacArthur -- right outside Club Asia and Golden Garter bars. It's a sports bar/restaurant, and there's always sports on, including the AFN network sports feeds, which means "a" live NFL game on very late Sunday nights.

Menu is large and varied, prices are a little on the high side, food decent. Me, personally, I'd generally opt for the 24x7 McDonalds 20 seconds further down the street, but it's not a bad place to drink and watch the street scenes.
