Hari's is a bar located in the Holiday Inn in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. I learned of this place from another website, supposedly it's a place to pick up freelancers.
I stopped in at midnight on a Friday night. There were a few ladies that looked like they might be working, but they weren't very attractive. I couldn't confirm what the deal was at this place.
Unless you are on an extended trip, I would skip this place. You're better off with the Wan Chai bars and 141 ladies.
