i used to stay at the linh hotel on mac thi buoi but i recently switched over this one. a girl recommended it so i gave it a shot awhile back.

the superior rooms are very small and have a shower enclosure. the deluxe rooms are decent size but only have bathtub. i would prefer the deluxe room with the shower but no dice.

superior are around $50 and deluxe are about $60. i booked via agoda.com. they have computers in the room but i think most of us travel with ours so don't really need that. breakfast buffet is not big but it does the job. hotel is very guest friendly. on my first night, they called my room and asked if i needed a guest.
