This is a new hotel going up across from Golden Nile.

I don't know anything about it other than it almost looks complete.

Not sure what the difference in price is between their promo rate and regular rate and what determines which. At the promo rate, it still seems a little pricey, but not outrageous for a nice, new hotel.
