Classic Terminal 5th Floor is a new locale on the 5th floor of the Classic Hotel. Actually, I'm not sure whether it is named "Classic Terminal" thus duplicating the name of a similar well-known club on a lower floor, or whether it is named Classic _______ (fill in the blank). In any event, you will need to take the elevator up to get there as I first took the escalators as far up as I could (to what I thought was the fourth floor), then climbed a staircase up to a club (thinking I was on the fifth floor) only to learn I was in a different place, a karaoke place with girls lined up and virtually no one who spoke English.
The reason I went to this new club was because I heard there was a promotion: 8 girls in 8 hours for only about 600,000 rupiah ($65 or $70 US). When I went to the front door of the club, I had some trouble inquiring about this, as the English was poor to non-existent. After about three "greeters" and three security guards convened a conference to figure out what I was asing about, they collectively figured it out and told me the promotion ended Jan. 25 (which coincided with "yesterday"). The regular prices then were 270 rupiah for one girl for an hour and 400 for two girls (at the same time) for an hour. Just like lower floor Classic terminal.
Incidentally, when I finally spoke about the promotion to a mama-san inside who spoke English she said it ended "yesterday, so sorry" so I'm thinking it probably did in fact end then even though Jan. 25 in the middle of a week seems a bit weak as the date to end a relatively long promotion. Alternatively, the fact I am not Indonesian may have affected all this, i.e., they all had a ready-made excuse to prevent the promotion from being applied to "bule." I favor the first explanation that it ended on Jan. 25 (damnit) for everyone.
As to the place itself, there is a live band (not so good) on a stage and "bleachers" (not unlike fishbowl bleachers) on each side. There were perhaps 50 to 80 girls all told around 8:00 pm on a weeknight.
Now, when I go into the more established Classic Terminal (where there might be 100 girls) I find perhaps 50 to 75 percent of them unattractive, but that still leaves quite a few candidates worth looking at. Classic 5th floor is similar although because I did not go to both places on the same day, I didn't make a direct comparison. The rooms in both places are essentially the same; very acceptable, i.e., clean, a good double bed, a full length mirror next to the bed, and a clean shower.
The one problem I had at "new" Classic is I was asked for tips by too many people. The person who brought the drinks to the room wanted me to buy her cigarettes and I had trouble getting her to leave without buying them (she eventually did leave) The girl I sessioned with padded her fortunes by adding cigarrettes to the order along with her drink (after I told both the server and the girl that I didn't want to pay for any cigarrettes (that expense eventually came out of the tip I gave the girl, although I did give her 50,000 rupiah (I tend to tip 70,000 at these places, for whatever reason)). When I left, one of the greeters asked me for a tip, perhaps reminiscent of the heavy-handed tip hungry cashiers at quatro X quatro in Rio.
The session itself was okay but nothing to write home about, which is also what I have come to expect at "old" Classic Terminal. Thus although it is not a must go stop in Indonesia, given there are now something like three or four P4P places in the Classic Hotel complex, it might be worth a look (although note there is a minimum charge of 30,000 rupiah assessed for entering, i.e., about $3).
One other thing, security generally won't let in knapsacks, and I'm sure they wouldn't let in cameras if they knew you had one (they didn't figure out I had two, he he). Given metal detectors and this sort of security at many of the Jakarta clubs these days, a good cell phone camera is nice to bring along, as security at Indonesian P4P places seems to have not yet figured out that camera phones take pictures, and will let these through at the same time they require you to check cameras unless you somehow trick them.

Note though you don't go into the hotel lobby itself, but rather the attached "semi-mall" which is closer to the street than the hotel (which lies back a ways).

Thanks for taking one for the membership. I went in there late last Sunday night Jan. 22nd with two Indo Chinese friends to take a looksee and verify the promotion too. It was available then, but it was just too late to start.
After the looksee, we handed in our billing cards and left without paying the minimum. sf4dfish

Classic Terminal 5th Floor is mentioned in 2018/06 Matrix - Asian Paradise: 5 days in Jakarta, Indonesia

There are two separate clubs in Hotel Classic, one is on the second floor, and the other is on the top floor, 5th I believe. I'm not sure if they should be considered two different places. I'll just call it one. I know at least one of my selections worked in both places on different nights. It's possible they may even work both the same night. I'm not sure...We started off on the second level. Entrance was 50k/$4 US.
...
We then made our way to the top level. I'm not sure if we had to pay cover, I believe we did, but if so I left the mention and cost out of my notes. The top level had a similar level of selection, but I didn't like the layout as much. Many of the ladies were seated on bleacher-type seats and were harder to see up close. The middle of the room was also filled with tables that were fairly close together and made it a hassle to walk through. There was also a lot more annoying smoke filling the place...
