Vortex has now reopened and is called Player's. Have not been in this place yet.

Player's is owned by George - owner of Geckos and Paradise Bar. Geckos always very well run . I hear Player's is similar in it's style.

I agree about Gecko's. Always one of my favorite bars to stop by in the daytime and I have always found some cute ladies with good attitudes there. Guess I will have to check out Player's.
