Good hospitals to check out are Bumrungrad, Samitivej, Bangkok General, and Yanhee. Can't recommend any in particular for that procedure, but that will give you a list to start your research with.

Bumrungrad is arguably the best--and most expensive.

I had only (quite a few) excellent experiences there. Went to Bangkok once specifically for PT there.
