This is an outdoor mall across the street from Heart of Darkness. The beer is cheap and the food is average. There is a free pool table. The bathrooms are a bit of a walk in the back. Sitting here you can see the riffraff walking by on Street 51. The usual freelancer warnings should be kept well in mind here. I know some ladies that go there for the cheap beer and of course the hopes of meeting Mr. Rightnow. This place, IMHO, would be between a notch below Walkabout to notch below Heart of Darkness but above the parks and Wat Phnom.

I have stayed in Phnom Penh for a year. Most of the chics that hang out at Golden Sorya are skanky. I suggest the Martini Bar at street 350 and 91 or the bars on streets 104 or 139 near the river. The chics at the Walkabout near Sorya are a bit skanky too sometimes. Wherever you go, please do the rest of us a favor and don't pay over 30 USD for short time. Paying more doesn't make you look wealthy. The girls just figure you're naive or stupid.

This is now called pub street, been refurbished again, not all bars are taken. On another forum they say it has a nice restaurant and there is a short time room or one being built or the poster on the forum got ahead of himself.
