I recently stayed in this new hotel (2 years old)and found it to be a bargain. I had a standard room with a queen sized bed for P 1,095 a night and received a P 100 discount for each night since I paid cash. That is only about $25 USD a night and everything is new including a nice LCD TV mounted on the wall. The room was small, however, the bathroom and shower were a decent size. The breakfast was P150 and you order off a menu. The hotel is located about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Mango Ave. bar area. Taxi's run P50 on the meter to the bars on Mango Ave. Ave. I usually took taxi's at night. The hotel is guest friendly. I brought girls back to the hotel 2 of my 4 nights in Cebu and had no problems.
