There are dermatologists at Bumrungrad Hospital, which is only a ten-minute walk north from Nana Plaza. But I wouldn't go to them for anything on my face!
Wait until you get back. For something like that I would only go to Dr. Charles Sexton in Irvine, California. Write down all the skin problems you have, like a shopping list, and he'll fix it all in one visit. He doesn't try to keep you coming back. And he's an artist! Dr. Sexton froze some spots off of my face and there's no way that anyone --even he or I-- could tell where those were now.
Before I found him I went to a young dermatologist at Bumrungrad who froze something (like a small wart) off of one of my hands, and there's a (permanent) white spot there today. Thank God it wasn't on my face! Dr. Sexton told me that that guy must have gotten over-zealous with the nitrogen.
(For tiny veins in the face, Dr. Sexton would probably use an electric needle.)
I don't know where you live, Chumslick, but quite a few CH'ers live here in southern California, and I've been meaning to post this for them anyway. (Maybe this should go under men's health?)
If you have to get it done in Bangkok for some reason, I would check out one of the more experienced dermatologists at Bumrungrad such as this one: http://www.bumrungrad.com/doctors/Kanok-Bunyaratavej I also saw her before I found Dr. Sexton. If a procedure won't have the desired effect, she'll candidly tell you that up front and talk you out of it.
In any case, I applaud your decision to look your best! You will have more confidence and more fun! Good luck, you handsome son of a gun! ![]()
