If you're looking for a really nice condo in Pattaya, located close to the action, I recommend the View Talay 6 Condo. It's located on Second Road, next door to the Central Festival Shopping Center.

Yes the Talay six is nice. Plan on staying there next trip.
I'm in the Avenue now which is ok.
I decided on condo's since I stay two to three months at a time.
