I have a 3 hour 45 minute layover in the middle of the afternoon in Tokyo. Anywhere cool to go in that time without risking missing my flight?

I haven't been there in 30 years but Narita was hours from anything back then. As busy as that place is, I wouldn't think of leaving the airport.

No way you could visit anywhere, either at Haneda or Narita, in that short period of time. Don't forget you would have to go through immigration twice.

Sorry buddy....was just there...with luck it would take at least 2.5 hours for you to get to the fun areas...and that with everything working just right and flying thrugh immigration
