Been to Angeles several times, fell on hard economic times so haven't been in 5 years, going in February. What changes do I need to be aware of. Bar fines, raids, prices, etc. Thanks in advance for your advice.

Haven't been there since July but...

Barfines on Fields are mostly 3,000 and up. Raymond street has suffered. Santos street is nuked. Perimeter is much the same. Street action has changed, too many cop set ups to trust anyone but old friends. Many more trannies...

Major upside is that digital communication is now in force. Build up your list, keep in touch via Facebook and Whatsapp. Circumvent the price increases with technology. Sneak outs are quite possible at a good price. And the whole 11pm disco scene, which doesn't interest me much. Don't drink and don't wanna start fucking at 2am.

Haven't been there since barfines were 1600 on Fields and 1000-1200 on Perimeter. (with the 2000-4000 star lady pricing creeping in @ bars like Blue Nile) I was always only ST guy so I don't miss this scene at all. AC used to be a cheaper alternative to Pattaya but I don't think so anymore. I am not searching for BB action so if I ever venture back to SE Asia, I'd probably go back to Thailand.

Are barfines done the same way, through the bar or direct negotiations with the girl. any chance of cop setups in the bars (I know better than even look at anyone on the street)

Prices on Fields have effectively doubled, and long time is pretty much off the table on a first meeting.

Perimeter is more budget friendly and girls used to western guys and not "asian only princesses" that can be found on fields.

Like pauly says, leveraging old friends' contact info is about the only way I can continue to afford Angeles.

The 2,000 or 3,000K peso barfine is "all inclusive". The girl gets her share (less than half) from the bar the next day. They do however all expect a "tip" when they leave. Going rate 500 - 1,000 peso depending on performance and amount of time she spent with you. Tip amounts always create discussion. Some guys say 500 - 1,000 is too much.

My last trip to the "New" Angeles (in February) was indeed my last trip. While it's still relatively cheap, for me (given what I want out of a vacation) the net benefit-cost ratio has gone negative.
