This the best place I have stayed in Bangkok. For 1800 baht/night, I had a 40-sq. m. apartment that included a living room with balcony, a small but functional kitchen, a bedroom with a modern bathroom.
There is a pool on the roof along with a putting green; these receive enough sunshine all day that you can actually get a tan since they are not shaded by other buildings.
My friend said that they would provide a ride to Sukhumvit, a five-minute walk past teen massage parlors that slow down your walk, what with all the uniformed masseuses outside.
Major shopping centers are around the corner on Sukhumvit, with enough restaurants to keep you busy sampling for months. It's on Soi 33, which magically is directly across Sukhumvit from Soi 22, home to Mango Massage and other similar dens of iniquity.

Is there a front desk that's staffed 24/7 or is there some special drill you have to go through if you get in on a late flight?

My mistake, Mura, it's Soi 24. I just know how to get there.
Yes, Baxter, there's a fully staffed front desk.
I forgot to mention that there are variously sized apartments available. My wingman couldn't get the one-bedroom unit on one trip, he sprang for a bigger one. Apparently, there's high demand for these.

Can you bring in guests? Is there an extra charge?

Of course. However, apparently the Koreans have been appreciating this facility, and I understand that it's hard to get a rental of less than six months.
