I realize that beauty is in the eye of the beholder but here is a shot at current rankings IMHO. I have ranked them before under different threads and the rankings change like the wind as do the girls.

1. Happy a go go (Pattaya)- Happy slipped for a while as most of the hotties screwed up by getting huge tattoos on their ass and back. There is a new crop of Khorat and Buriram honeys that are second to none. I started writing down numbers of hotties but gave up after the list reached 25 girls. I did not see one girl ranking below a 7 and most were in the 8.5-9 category. No bullshit.

2. Mandarin (Bangkok)- I contemplated putting this number one but there were so many underaged girls at this place that I had to constantly ask for ID's as the mamasans were covering for the young girls from Cambodia and Laos. If age were not a factor, easily the best selection of spinners on the planet..

3. Superbaby a go go (Pattaya)- Many of the girls working here have worked too long and are getting too enamoured with tattoos and overpaying Japanese clients. Still, the shows are great and the quality still very high. A new girl #01, is now the best looking working girl I have ever seen. Natural D cups on a 85 pound frame and a perfect face.

4. Electric Blue (Pattaya)- The format of this place is the best in Thailand and the drinks are cheap. The best part is that there is a huge crop of young good looking girls who are fun to party with.

5. Rainbow II (Bangkok)- An excellent selection of beautiful Khorat spinners but the girls here are pretty hardened for the most part. Must go here early before Japanese and Chinese tour buses clear this place like locusts.

6. Playskool (Bangkok)- Unreal looking girls here but not that many girls in total. Too many girls have the Hentai died blonde hair look to satisfy their Japanese customers.

7. Supergirl a go go (Pattaya)- Much improved over the last six months and the top 10 girls here can compare with anywhere. No pressure and the girls have a great attitude.

8. Rainbow 1(Bangkok)- This place has been hit or miss for a while but most of the girls have excellent bodies but not so great faces under the light. Murasaki managed to find several hot girls remaining in this place, so your opinion on this place might change daily as farang take these girls on weekly vacations.

9. Peppermint (Pattaya)- A lot of hot spinners with zero attitude . A couple of the girls are heavy lesbians and will give good rates for threesomes.The bartenders are topless at the first bar.

10. Kings Castle II(Bangkok)- This place is very inconsistent but there were some definate hotties when I was there.

Bars on the decline include: Long Gun, Dollhouse (all locations), Frozen, Bacara, King's Castle I, King's Corner, Classroom a go go, and Planet Rock a go go.

Bars change girls and quality varies over time. Todays hottie heaven is tomorrows hag hell.

Well it's been a year since my last ranking and there have been some changes. I was there during the high season and noticed that the talent in BKK is nothing what it once was but Pattaya is much different during the high season as almost all of the stunners migrate there. Here it is:

1. Living Dolls Showcase(Pattaya): Combine all the cute girls in NEP Bangkok and you would have half of the amount of stunners that is in this place. Four of them wont barfine as they make too much money with their sugar daddies but give it a shot. The feature dancers are insane.

2. Happy a go go(Pattaya): You must get here early. The girls are more aloof than before but still hot. The only trend that I hate seeing is short, died hair with tons of tatoos. The other is chain smokers. There are still enough newbie girls that blow doors to put this place near the top.

3. Supergirls(Pattaya): This place is consistently amazing and constantly stocks itself with new talent.

4. Superbaby(Pattaya): Some of the girls have worked here too long but they still have enough stunners to make it worth your while. All of the girls here have boyfriends and short time is the norm. If you saw what their boyfriends looked like, you'd puke.

5. Rainbow III(NEP)- What an improvement. Two sets of dancers packed on a small stage and not one ounce of fat in the bunch. Some hardcore girls here(it is Bangkok) but some serious lookers.

6. Living Dolls(Pattaya): The original Living Dolls is a small place but the waitress' and dancers are hot. This place has a lot of the girls from Buriram with the Khmer/Thai mix that creates big tits on small frames....a rarity in Thailand unless you like ladyboys.

7. G-Spot(NEP)- A lot less tatoos than before and they lost some of their regular girls but still enough hotties to make it worth your trip. Remember this is robobabe central....the Bangkok version of Superbaby but with better music.

8. Electric Blue (Pattaya): Still a lot of hot petite girls here.

9. Mandarin(NEP): The talent is so thinned out at this place now that the petitie ladyboy stands out as a looker.

10. Rainbow II(NEP): This bar edges Hollywood and Playskool whom have both slid a little and have a couple of rice belly girls.

Most Overrated: Angel Witch- Their are a lot of dancers here but most are cute mom's with stretch marks and deflated tits. Almost every girl here has had a kid. Didn't see Wall Street's Bang here or she would have been one of the few without kids.

Dont Bother: Soi Cowboy and Patpong. The only bar with cute girls now is Long Gun and King's Castle II and their talent is diminishing to just a couple of cuties.....Say it aint so? It is.

I was interested in your comments on Angel Witch. Three of the my top six take-aways from go-gos in terms of looks and body have been from there and I am pretty fussy, plus I have seen a few others I would like to have taken.

A couple of points, the really nice ones go early, so maybe by showtime the good ones are gone and I ask Matt the owner for his recommendations and they are always spot on.

As a general point I have had more success finding stunners in the discos and freelancing places rather than go-gos, have others found the same?

Other than that- I agree, there is a far better selection recently in the freelance scene than the bars. This is a realtively new phenomonon. The truly beautiful girls have realized they can be their own bosses - set their own hours and work whenever they want to without having to shuffle in a bikini on stage. That is something EVERY Thai BG hates and will do anything to get out of.
If the new laws go into effect the freelancer scene will become enormous.

KM...if there are hot freelancers, they are not at Nana Disco...nothing but worn out mom's. There are stunner go go girls but they are no longer in Bangkok. Pattaya is just a better lifestyle and cheaper for the girls.
WickedWilly...I am sorry but I am not buying the Angel WItch thing...I have been there on every trip and there are tons of average girls on the dance floor and average girls sitting outside waiting to dance. One thing I do not like about Bangkok go go bars is that almost all of the girls have had kids and many are local girls which means stretch marks and deflated tits and Angel WItch is the queen go go bar for these girls.

Blazers - I guess perception is everything - I've taken out 5 girls over the past 18 months from Angel Witch and have yet to see stretch marks and deflated tits - maybe I've just gotten lucky.

Had I not taken out Nueng (and then Bang) I saw at least a dozen girls who would have been nice substitutes.

But beauty is in the eye and all that and I don't have the Pattaya bars to compare to.

Been a while since I made this list. One thing for sure is that the BKK gogo bars do not stock girls like they used to and Soi Cowboy is barely alive. Now to be fair, I did not venture into Patpong so I can't put King's Castle II or others on the list.

Hi Blazers, I think it's very interesting how you rate the go-go bars and IMO it's a sign of the times. You have a wealth of experience and you make some very good observations. I definately agree with the shortage of BKK go-go BG stock. This is a BIG headache for many bar owners except the Rainbow Group, who have a local recruitment system that's second to none. As you know the go-go bar scene can change overnight, and currently Rainbow 1 & 4 are very popular. R-1 and R-4 are packing them in, both the BG's and the customers! Rainbow 3 is currently being renovated so this changes the rankings equation somewhat. BTW I can't comment on Pattaya as I have not visited there for a good while.

Mr Blazers, to add to my BKK go-go comments I would disagree with MANDARIN even being in the Top 20! IMO Mandarin (floor 2) and Hollywood's (floor 3) are going down like the Titanic! They are merely shadows of the great bars they used to be. Mandarin and the smaller Hollywood Strip struggle to get even 20 Dancers turn up for work! Also Angel Witch was voted "Best Go-Go In BKK" for the past 3 years, and is without a doubt the best Show bar in LOS. I understand that you are judging the go-go's on their BG's, but I totally disagree that Mandarin is a better bar than Angel Witch, it's not in the same league IMO. It's great fun and a matter of opinion, but thanks for taking the time and effort to contribute your rankings and reports.

I have just got back from both Pattaya and Bangkok on what was a fairly restrained trip for me, as I focused on two ladies rather than numbers. I found there to be an OK talent level in Pattaya but for me there were far more stunners in BKK.

IMHO the talent level there was very high in the freelancer area, both in the discos and on the street. One night walking back to my hotel I saw 5 girls I would take in a flash and I am fussy.

In the go-gos Nana was king, and thats from someone who used to be a Soi Cowboy man. Cowboy is almost dead, the Long Gun light years away from a year or so ago. I went in twice once they had only 5 dancers the next only a few more maximun rating a 6! Dolls house was dire with again no numbers and no talent. Tilac was ok and had one stunner, who obviously knew it and had a bad attitude. The only fun bar was Afterskool and is worth a visit if you want to stay sit around and play with the girls.

In Nana AngelWitch for me is the best bar for talent, shows and hospitality. Rainbow 1 has some good talent and Rainbow 4 lots and lots of girls and a lively atmostphere. One other bar worthy of note is Pretty Lady on the ground floor. The girls dance with no knickers and the bar below them is mirrored. They get pretty raunchy in there, I had pussy in the face, fingers shoved everywhere and even had one getting off on my beer bottle. How they get away with it in the current climate I do not know, so get there soon before it is stopped!

I agree with your observations Wicked Willy, the go-go bar scene can potentially change a lot and very quickly. Two bars that have improved considerably recently are PRETTY LADY (first floor NEP next to Voodoo) and EROTICA (top of the stairs as you walk past Rainbow 3). Both PRETTY LADY and EROTICA have climbed up the popularity ladder and are well worth a visit. When you visit these two bars it will become apparent why they are popular. The moaning, groaning old ex-pats who frequent Cowboy rather than Nana, definately have some sorry sights to look at and sad nights out!
