I want to go to Bangkok and Pattaya so very badly. I want to organize a group so I could get myself a break on my trip. Any advice on this is appreciated greatly.

Also, I am in a great position to turn investor heads towards Thailand and establishments there. Any advice on seeking out bars for sale and what the general economy is like there is very much appreciated. Thank you all.
