Was in Yokohama near Tokyo, Japan in April 2004. Directed by locals to a Redlight district called Koganecho. Many small booths with Japanase, Chinese and Thai ladies ready to please a man for 10000 JPY. Negociated down to 8000 JPY for a Thai lady named Wei. Session was 30 minutes with no rush. Bring your own raincoat, they do not provide (at least her). Very GFE FS.
Just reach Koganecho subway station (not JR) and go straight across the steet from the only exit. Stay under the subway tracks and you should see the booths. Gaijin friendly and better and cheaper experience than soaplands.

Just got back from tokyo. Unfortunately not much good to report. Around town you get offers of "massages" for $30-60 that generally are a cover for another offer. Ususally this an offer for a BJ for another $200. I decided to go for a massage, and got talked into additional services which I bargained heavy to get for $170. The service was not great. I found a bar in Shinjuku that had a$50 cover, with girls to go for $4-500 short time. I passed . Beware of titty bars in Shijuku and elsewhere, they are outrageously expensive. The initial cover is $70 FOR 1 HOUR! Then yours and lady drinks, and extra time add up quickly. I hear you are lucky to walk out for less than $500 with NO SEX. I passed on this one.
