I was in Nong Khai, in Northeast Thailand, right across the border from Laos. This is a small town but there's action if you want it. Many Laotian girls are in the "trade" in this town. Seems like everything here is a bit cheaper than Bangkok and Chiang Mai. I was offered a Laotian girl for the whole night at 1500 baht, but I believe that I could have gotten it down to 1000. Just ask a cab driver, they know all the spots. This town was voted the one of the best places for retirees in the world! The closest big city would be Udon Thani, and at the airport, they have bus transportation that leaves from the airport and goes directly to Nong Khai for I believe,100 baht and an hour ride. I personally found it a bit slow for me and would not spend more than 3 days here, max. It serves as a great stopover to Vietiane, Laos.

i found nong khai to be very relaxing, had a few cuties and did not pay did take them to dinner though any one else got stories on thois place would like to know thanks
