Sweet Suck in Saigon
Mind you, the police is everywhere in Saigon (HoChiMinh City for all you post-commies out there ...). They love to watch us foreigners, especially when we are in-country a lot like I am. But there are pockets of peace, where a man can get his pains soothed and his needs attended to.

One such venue is the massage parlour at Tan Binh Hotel, near the traffic circle at Bin Tanh Market. Officially a health club, the venue on the 6th floor has showers, changing rooms, a sauna and steam bath and many cubicles with massage beds. You enter, change into the Greek towel-wrap look and take a shower (required). Then you retire to one of the cubicles and wait. The girl that enters your room will be below 25, with pronounced breasts, a tight t-shirt and a tiny miniskirt. She does massage well (I have never been disappointed on that score) and then will gently lead the conversation (limited due to language barrier) to the essentials of your visit. The cost for a very well done hand-job is USD 10, and for an extra ten she will suck you off, including you coming in her mouth.
The whole thing is clean, safe and very pleasant. Foreigners definitely welcome, although as a white man you will kind of stand out. Most visitors are from Hong Kong and Taiwan as far as I could tell.

Planning a two day trip to Vietnam (HCM) and looking for some info to do preplanning.
Not much on the board in terms of details.

I have the following questions:

1. Will anyone be there Dec 10-11?
2. I understand hotels are not girl friendly - correct? Will be staying at the Sheraton.
3. Sheraton is located on Dong Khoi street - is it a good area in terms of easy access to bars/girls etc.?
4. Is it advisable to arrange airport pickup or are taxis readily available and easy to get from airport?
5. Should I bring cash or can I rely on ATM? How much should I bring for two days of multiple sessions?
6. What are the main venues for mongering? And how much should I pay in different type of venues?
7. I like LT vs ST. Are girls from ST places available for LT takeout? What is a fair rate for LT from ST places, if possible?

Any info would be much appreciated.

I maybe able to answer some of your questions, please bear in mind that Vietnam is quite a dynamic place and information provided by anyone, whoever they maybe could well be obsolete by the time you get there.

1. Sorry, I'll be heading to AC, PH instead.
2. Depends on the Hotel. Some tend to turn a blind eye. You may need to pay for an extra charge for o/n stay. There are heaps of other cheap hotels that the girl may suggest -in Vietnamese (Nha Nghi = Resting house). These offer ST and LT prices. Traditionally, Hoteliers tend to be as anal as they wish to be depending on how socialistic they are (or capitalistic). Normally in Vietnam, the girls will need ID of some sort before being allowed to stay at any hotel. Again, depends on hard difficult the hotelier wishes to be. I've never stayed at the Sheraton, only drank on level 17/23? But I would think the worst that you would endure is pay for an extra room.
3. Good location. Bars aplenty in around that area.
4. Taxi's easy from airport. But you should check if Sheraton offers free airport shuttle service. It may be part of the hotel services. Normally between d55,000 - d75,000 from airport to town. The price of petrol may have increased the rate. So I may be out a bit. (USD$1 = d15,500).
5. Average USD$100 per session. I haven't been to Saigon for 2 years, but only came back from Hanoi 7 weeks ago. The prices should be relatively the same. I normally take cash with me, but Vietnamese Dong is accessible via ATM's. It is advisable to have both as the Dong is invaluable for the small things like taxi's, food and other small nominal items.
6. You are in a great area for mongering already. However, not too sure if Apocalypse Now has closed down, but this is always a great place to hang out. Surrounding bars in the vicinity of AN also great place to monger. Again, USD$100 is an average amount. You can always talk the price down if too high. I can't be certain of the costs in 5* places but again, it wouldn't be too much over the USD$100 mark.
7. I can't answer this question.

happy new year all its been a while
i am heading to saigon in a few weeks.. has anyone been recently? any recomendations?

a quick note from HO chi min city... there are plenty of HOs in hcmc prices are varied but are not cheap ST can be $50 upwards... i wouldnt recommend it as a destination for mongering but if you are in town you can pick up at apocolypse, guns and roses and saigon bar to name a few.. good luck and dont get caught by cops.. they are not easily bribed and you have to be quick thinking... if you want a good week stick with thailand...

One nite while i was walking around the long rectangular park near Pham Ngu Lao & Nguyen Thai Hoc, 2 asian gals on a motobike rode up to me & asked if i wanted a massage. They were young, sexy spinners but no warm attitude so i shook my head no. Dunno know if they're just sales girls for an MP, freelancers, or a scam. Anyone experienced this?

Thats what freelancers do in Ho chi mihn, ride up to you on motorbikes getting your custom, actualy your lucky you got a young woman, these ladys are usualy old.

I havent been to Ho chi mihn for a while, but what happened when i was there is you would get on the motobike and you would be taken to a Hotel.

When i was there you was not allowed to take a someone into your own Hotel.
