Some very cute girls hanging out with big groups. Tons of Katoeys and rave girls flying on XTC. Quality ranges from 6-8 and you should stay till closing before you pick your girl as the quality improves dramatically.

I love the layout of this place but many of the girls here on on too much coke or XTC and are more interested in hanging out with their friends than fucking. I'm pretty assertive and outgoing with these girls but many just seem very uninterested.

Have seen some amazing ladies here but agree with Blazers on attitude. Anyone have luck extracting ladies here?

I liked this place alot but I was there with a date, not to pick up. I did notice tons of hot chicks and ladyboys, but also noticed many single guys getting shot down after approaching attractive single girls standing around with friends. My take on it equals Blazers: I wouldn't suggest trying to pick up on girls in a disco. I'm sure it happens but the guys I watched get shot down looked completely dumbfounded when the chick blew them off (and the guys were not gross at all- I'm talking about normal looking decent guys that you wouldn't label as repulsive).

I don't trust the freelancers at this place. They are high on ecstacy and coke and they fit the profile of girls who will rob you while your asleep.
In addition, their are many drug dealers whom frequent this place. Their usually Aussie or Russian, are on serious steroids and are covered in tatoos. They were slapping their girlfriends around and trying to start fights with mongers. Very uncool. I guess meth and steroids is not a good cocktail.

I know you guys have all been around alot, but in my humble opinion, marine disco has produced (at least for me) some of the most memorable nights i have ever spent in thailand. I personally have spent alot of time in marine, have lots of girlfriends who i have been with or who friends have been with, and they all are lovely, and just want to have a good time. Unfortunately, girls here are not the kind you just walk up to and expect to fuck, they are a little more complicated, but they will definitely let you know if they are interested. Its better here to hang back, get a feel for the place, wait till a girl is eyeing you up and smiling, then move in for the kill. I have never, ever been robbed, drugged, or punched in this place. I have had nothing but luck, and met some real nice folks outta here. I don't do meth, but i am into tattoo's and lifting. I don't slap women or have an attitude problem, so that stereotype doesn't apply to me blaze, although i do respect your opinion and your advice, you are a little off base with this approach. If you ever get to pattaya e mail me or post me a message and I will take you to marine ~ And i promise a night to remember.

I have to agree with Blazers on this one. I have been to Marine too many times to count. It used to be the prime spot for picking up freelancers or BGs either finished with ST or not barfined. I used to be able to find some real beauties in that place. However, it is definitely yesterdays location. There is a very high katoey ratio and in the dark crowded confines one could make an unforgettable mistake. I have come close more than once . Fortunately I stayed sober enough to see my mistake in the light of the street. I agree also that the rip off factor is MUCH higher here than any other place in Pattaya. Freelancers are always a crapshoot , but the girls here are particularly dangerous. There are of course some gems here as everywhere else but the majority of the pooying here now are hardened pros who do nothing for me. I tend to like the innocent type.
IMO Tony's disco has far outpaced Marine for picking up cute freelancers.
Tastes in women vary- I'm sure you find plenty of action in Marine but it's not for me-- at least not anymore.

MARINE DISCO has high priced drinks so be aware of that. I had to pretend that I had lost my friend to avoid the steep prices!
