If you are asking for the restaurant in Bangkok then you are looking for the Galaxy no hands restaurant. It is in Pat Phong (sp) area of Bangkok.

The no hands restaurant is so named because the male does not have to use his hands.
The Galaxy was the restaurant to go to about 10 years ago. My buddy for some reason did not want to go to the restaurant so I checked it out myself.
It is at least on the 2nd floor and when you walk up the steps it is a restaurant hotel. They have a menu and about 40 girls sitting down with numbers on them.
You pick the girl and your food and then go to the room. It is called no hands because the you are served by the girl and they do everything for you.
As I walked to the restaurant you could see the hallway with all of the girls shoes and men shoes outside as the couples were in the room.
You paid upfront for the initial service, but the balance of the services were negotiated between you and your selection.

The Galaxy No Hands Restaurant is across from the Anonymous HIV Clinic (between Suriwong and Silom Roads, just down from Lumpini park). It is a long time Bangkok institution, and if you are with a big group of guys, well worth the cost for the bizarre nature of the fun. I was there recently, and had a spectacular time. And yes, if you like your girl, you can feed her your own special sausage after the meal, at an extra cost of course.
