Imperial Queens Bar Beer Complex - Soi 22
I know a girl who is a part owner of a bar here. She use to be the day manager of Check Point Charlies in the now gone CEP. This place is nice if you want a quiet night away from the scene making new friends. It's across from the Imperial Queens Park hotel. There are about 20-30 bars in there , some decent looking girls , some bars with pool tables , darts and of course , connect 4.

And here is queens park now, if anyone remember Moes bar was here.

That's too bad. This was a miniature version of a Pattaya beer bar complex, which are few to be found in BKK.

I do not believe that photo is from Soi 22. I'll walk past there today to verify.

You are correct that is where the Queens Park Plaza was located. There are still a number of bars on Soi 22 and another handful have moved to Soi 7. But not many.
