I will have a 6 or 7 hour layover in Narita on my way to Ho Chi Minh City. I am looking for any information about some action near Narita Airport for a non-Japenese speaking white guy who doesn't know my way around Japan. What can I expect and how much should I expect to spend?

If your going to Saigon for the girls, please write a good report on the place, I am curious in going and the information on the net is near to nil. BTW, there is an excellent sushi bar in Narita, expensive but recommended.
