Lastly, here is a picture of the lower part of the station. In the middle section are the machines where you put in some baht coins and select the zone where you want to go. The machines spit out a card which you in turn enter into the gate. The gate opens and you go through. You need your card to enter and leave the station. If you card has no more credits left, the gate takes your card.
