This is next to Top Hat and it used to be called Dreams. They put a lot of money into it but it now pales to the amount Nero's and Blue Nile have spent. Barfined a short cutie from here once. Worth checking out.

Renovations on this bar are almost complete. The new owners are the same ones that own Blue Nile, Nero's, Misty's, Tropicana Hotel, and Woody's Pub. Will be interesting to see how it looks when completed... (prog)
