I am surprised that Mistys is not reviewed and/or commented on here. It is still one of the best go go bars in Pattaya and Andy, the owner always seems to collect a fun bunch of girls with some very dirty habits (the sort we all love). Andy and Tim are always very welcoming and the drinks flow as well. Whilst the place can get a little "cliquey" due to the number of regulars that go in, it is still one of the best go gos to visit and have both fun and a good time with the girls. During a recent charitable spree for the orphanage, they managed to raise over 500,000 baht for the building of new premises together with Freelancer Bar. I would be pleased to hear other people's comments on the place which must have been visited by other members.

I did not see one girl that ranked above a 7 in the place. Very sweet and fun girls. I think the place caters to expats so the girls are used to low rates for tips. As a result, you can easily get a girl to go with you LT for much cheaper than other go go bars. The place is very active in the community and is very organized, I just wish they had better looking girls

Blazers, I am sure that you know that the girls rotate fairly quickly in Pattaya and also a lot of the lookers get taken for 3+ days at a time. I have seen some real stunners in Mistys but at the same time, I have taken one or two of the 6's & 7's and had the best time in bed that you could imagine. One of the good things at Mistys is that the manager and owner will quite happily talk you through the girls' cv's as to what they will and won't do and what they are known for, so you don't waste heaps of time being disappointed.

Stickman reported last week that Misty's A Go Go will be celebrating their 3rd anniversary on September 8th.

I am going to be in Thailand during this time and I just might fine myself in Pattaya as well.

This was an old favorite of mine. My first Thai girlfriend worked here. The place used to be a goldmine for the sexiest women in Pattaya. I can't believe it, but now the place is full of fat chicks. A few of the girls that are still there from last year have all put on about 20 lbs. and most of the new girls are just as heavy. Of course, staff changes pretty frequently at these bars so the line up might be much better in season.

The renovations look good. They moved the bar to the back and set the restrooms upstairs to carve out a little more room. The owners and the mamasan are the same. I just hope the talent improves.

Big changes in 3 months. A few of the same chicks remain, but 90% of the dancers are new and look worth the barfine.

This is a real quality establishment owned by a Brit named Andy. He is normally there at night and is tons of fun. Drinks are normal a go go prices, it is always nice and cool inside, cold beer, adn hot women. The girls are known for their inhibited natures and their experience in the sack. There is a Short time room upstairs and the place has been recently updated with new sound system, lighting and air. Check out the site for the latest lineup. Andy trys to keep it up to date with the new gals but normally you will find a dozen new girls that have not had their pics put on to the site. Also, a great bunch of guys to hang out with and party. Bar fine is 600 baht and normal st would be a 1000bt tip and long time would be 1500 baht. YMMV Bar address and other info is at the website that I listed.

As an expat, I really do not think of Misty's as an expat bar, but rather see it as a real "drinking man's bar." By that I mean, if you are going to go out and nurse a drink for a while, this is not the kind of place that you are going to feel comfortable. However, if you are up for a night of knocking them back and boozing with the girls, this is the place to go.

As far as the selection goes, like all Pattaya Go Go's, it ebbs and flows. There was a time when Andy did not allow bar fines before 11 p.m., but he has since changed that policy. I think that he was trying to keep the lookers around longer, but now with over 30 girls in his employ, he probably thinks that there is something for everyone. Since they knocked out the wall from Emergency, the place is bigger and more airy and the increased number of girls is a real improvement.

I have had some success here, and some of the girls he gets are pretty good looking. With a fair number of expats in there, the good ones are well known and do tend to get scooped up.

Ended up here last night and barfined a girl named Wan. When she told me "You barfine me, you can do anything you want." I couldn't resist. And she no lie. You know I hear stories all the time about these incredible sessions you guys seem to have here and last night I finally had one. I mean I have had good sessions but nothing like last night. I didn't know I had it in me. Either I'm getting better at picking girls this trip or the girls here are friendlier and more open than last time. WALKING STREET really is THE place in Pattaya and a few website columnists were saying that this is why other bar areas are suffering. Pattayaland 2 just cannot compete as Pattaya as a whole has reached saturation point. There are now a staggering 50 go-go bars just on Walking Street and an estimated 1,000 total bars in Pattaya now. Angelwitch plan to build an enormous bar in Soi 15 and Stickman wonders if there will be enough BG's and customers for the vast amount of go-go bars. They are opening new places like crazy, makes the mind boggle!

Once is a while (long while) I find some worthwhile shag in classroom, but that's it. I can't believe these bars even manage to continue operations... There's on;y so many hooligans to go around.

I'm indeed back here wishing I was there. Enjoyed seeing you again and I think Angelwitch is getting better and better. Your lineup of pooying was far better than ANY bar on Walking St in Pattaya this trip. That includes Peppermint, Superbaby, and Supergirl. I was really shocked at how far down the quality of girl has sunk in Pattaya . Granted it was never my favorite - but it took a long search each night to find anything that met my standards to keep me warm for the night. It likely will improve as everything in LOS is cyclical but as of now BKK --particularly NEP --blows away Pattaya for pooying quality.

Agreed about the AW lineup. And get this-- I totally agree the overall talent pool in NEP blows away pattaya.

I had a great time in pattaya, but yes, the talent pool was in fact dismal. I scoured every possible nook and cranny and came up with a perfect match with what I was looking for every night cept one (and I still got in a great couple screws).

I don't stick to the main streets-- I seek individuals, where ever they may happen to be. I was sure I peaked in Pattaya after 5 days and was on a slow decent + I wanted to wind down my trip and chill with a very very sweet gal from AW before returning to the States. One week is ideal for me when in pattaya as I usually need a break at that point. No regrets the entire trip this time around and after 3 weeks, I'm still only itching to get back to LoS (vs. other locales), which says something...

This is my first time in Thailand. This is just my opinion, but I feel that there are more knockouts in Bangkok than in Pattya, I saw some women there who freakin' knocked me out. I liked the Soi Cowboy section and some of the bars in Na Na Plaza. The women here in Pattya are cheaper in price, but pale in comparsion to the hot babes I saw in Bangkok.

In defence of Pattaya it is VERY seasonal compared to BKK, and by "high season" (hopefully arriving this month) the BG's should increase in quantity and quality. If not then it will be a poor tourist season for Pattaya. BKK BG's are generally more professional and the classy BG's go where thew money is. A "Cheap Charlie" looking for a 40 baht draught beer is not going to grab her attention. Nor is a bunch of Brit hooligans!

I just wanted to put in a good word for Misty's. I think that they have the most attractive women working in this section (not including the Walking Street bars, I give that nod to the Peppermint Palace.) Their looks range from 6-8's. For the most part, they have a distinct look. Rather tall, slim Asian women, with shoulder length straight black hair. I've been seeing one of the girls, Mai Pao #72, for the past week and the sex with her is freakin' incredible. The best sex that I've had with any woman, anywhere. It's no wonder that she's getting barfined on a regular basis. I also like the staff in this place. Very funny and friendly waitresses with a good mamasan.

Hi Khun Mor, I have to agree. So many Pattaya bars are up-and-down like a whores drawers! There's cutthroat competition between bar owners and so everybody is fighting for BG's. I find that bars like Misty's are good when the Boss (Andy) is present and very poor when the Boss is absent. It seems that Beaver's (Andy's other bar) was on its honeymoon period when I visited; friends now report that the BG's in Beaver's are not worth writing home about. The bars in Pattaya can change overnight.

Hi Cantinflas, it sounds like you met a BG that certainly pops your cork! However, like KM says where are all the babes in Misty's? Nobody seems to mention Misty's much at all because there are far better go-go's around compared to Misty's.

I'm only comparing Misty's to the other Go-Go's on Soi 2 and they are definitely hiring girls with a specific "look." A look that they have been improving on. It wouldn't hurt to poke your head in here and checking it out. I also dig the friendly waitresses and the mamasan. During my last night there, my girl, Mai Pao #72, paid her own barfine to meet me at my hotel. I was tired that day and was resting in my room. She came over and said, "The mamasan wants to see you at Misty's because it's your last day." I went back with her to Misty's and offered to pay Mai Pao's barfine back to the mamasan. She refused. The mamasan actually went out dancing with me and Mai Pao at Lucifers when she got off at work. And that's without her usual $1,500 baht bar fine. For free. We had a good time. I'm in the Phillipines now and having a blast. However, nothing comes close to my experience at Misty'. Sometimes you need to take a chance to make new memories. As for the finest girls in the Go-Go's at Pattya, my nod goes to The Peppermint Palace. They cater to every look that you may want. Including topless waitresses with big natural tits who are working behind the bar.

Misty's was having a very good night last night with some decent eye candy. There were two that even managed to separate me from my baht...

The last couple of times I was there, I didn't dig Misty's at all. This just goes to show that talent changes, frequently. I believe you, but 6 weeks ago, I didn't have the same experience. My last three visits (over a span of 5 months) I thought that Coyotee's was the best gogo on/just off of Walking Street. Had a good time there on each of three visits, and it always feautured alot of good looking women (along with a pretty posh venue and some damned good shows).

The old Mamsam, May, now works for Catz on Walking street. When I was bar hopping with Andy, the owner of Mistys, we happen to go into the bar....and it appeared to be a pretty tense scene between Andy and former Mamasam.

I barfined a girl from Mistys, who I had in toll, and Andy advised her NOT to speak to the Mamasam. Since it was late....I chose to cut loose from that scene....but the rest wanted to stay....only in Pattaya!!

Competition is extremely fierce in Pattaya between rival bar owners. A popular Mamasan leaving one bar can easily take a lot of good BG's with her. A bar owner certainly won't be happy about a top Mamasan leaving. There is little or no loyalty in the Pattaya bars, staff just up and leave all the time. Salaries have risen to as much as 20,000 baht for Showgirls in an attempt to retain the best BG's.

These are some of the reasons why Pattaya is a real shape-shifter. A bar can be a hit one week and a miss the next. Regular updates by guys like Walkingdude are very important because the Pattaya bar scene is changing constantly. We have to keep a close eye on whether they are evolving or dissolving!

Anyone been here recently? I'll be in Pattaya from May 23-29 and was wondering how the talent has been lately?

Mistys is on soi 15 off walking street, went there for a drink and the girls are up for some fun, there's show girls on each side of the podium doing spanking or some other erotic activity, girls don't seem to dance on the top floor where the bathroom is any more. nice place.
