Stayed at this hotel many times when in Manila. It is good quality and well maintained. Just a 50 peso taxi ride to Burgos St. There is an internet cafe next block over on Gil Puyat Ave. Restaurant and Bar on premises. The restaurant is okay but pricey, the bar sucks. The hotel is new and not alot of taxi drivers know it. Just tell them Makati Central Post Office and you will be within 100 yards of the hotel.
