I guess its about time to share some of my photos. Actually I have hundreds but I'll start with a few Pattaya pics.This is the start of walking street.

I am heading to pattaya in July, 2002 and think about staying at the Royal Twin Holet.

Anyone know it ?? is it ok for 1100bt a night ?

Tallpoppy, I paid 650B/night ($14.70) using the hotel voucher system at Beverly Plaza Hotel, which has a website. That's for the deluxe room, a very nice room indeed, worth $50/night in the USA, at least.

The way you get that price though is thus; first get the reservation confirmed, then when you arrive to check-in just tell them you'll be right back because you are picking up your hotel voucher(s). Ok, walk back to the street, hang a left, walk past the VC Hotel, continue in the same direction away and the first travel agent business you come to on the next block (on the left hand side of the street) will sell you the hotel vouchers. You pay the travel agent and they give you the voucher which you hand over to the hotel clerk. You can pay by visa.

You'll be getting about a 400B per day discount by doing this; it's a trick my pal Juan taught me that stays there half the year. The Beverly is well located, a block from walking street. The travel agent gets about a 50B/day cut to perform this service, so bottom line hotel price must be 600B/day.

Anyone been to Pattaya recently? I've heard conflicting stories about bar fine prices and the number of punters looking for new talent.

I was there in December. But I didn't hit many bars except for the Blowjob bar. That was fun and same prices as posted on the board from others. I stayed at Beachview Hotel on Soi 2. It is a little way from the action, but it is very quiet. For 890 bhat I got a very nice delux room with a leather couch and two leather chairs around a short glass table. Let me see if I have a photo...

The room service is good too. I stayed here for 1 week.

See Point B and Point H. There is nothing in the analysis of past data to suggest that one particular group has been giving out low ratings. This means people giving out low ratings for Asia pics are fans of Central America, Europe, Mexico, South America, and even Asia. The only thing that can make this partially true is perpetuation of the myth, as evidenced by comment #2.

Here's some vote data from photo #11608, "Assume the position". Avg "6.0" at the time of this post.

Of the 18 total votes:
The only "1" was given by Central America
The third lowest vote, a "3", was given by Asia

Of the 10 lowest votes rating under "6" or less:
3 were from Mexico
3 were from South
2 were from Central
2 were from Asia

When you say someone from X, do you mean a member who is an active poster mostly in X, or just someone who indicated X as a favored destination in his profile?

BTW, there are fairly straightforward ways to compute the scores in a way that automatically adjusts for the "unusual" voters. Not that the scores have intrinsic value, but if they do reflect the quality of the pictures more closely, this may be an incentive for people to post better pictures.

Sadly, although I understand the policy and have no disagreement with it. I believe my scores would be better on the last two photos, if only the viewers could actually see my finger up to the knuckle in her tight young asshole. The censorship kind of ruins the effect, don't you think? But then I guess you really had to be there to fully appreciate it. A picture is just not the same. Not complaining about the censorship. I understand the necessity. Just lamenting a little.

I have to agree with Sancho's comments...the blurring takes away from the pics but it is a necessity.

Ultimately, regardless of the ratings one gets: KUDOS to all of the photo contributors!!

Have you ever wondered what Pattaya is like during rainy season? I took these pictures last week.

I took this picture about an hour before a 3 hour deluge.

Here are two pictures of soi 13 at 2nd Road. Note that most of soi 13 was high and dry except the eastern most 50 metres. Anyone thinking of staying at the Lek Hotel , Whitehouse Condotel or Dynasty Inn during rainy season might want to rethink that idea.

I usually get sent pictures of ladies who work the nightlife in case you want to barfine any of them, so when this stray picture appeared I wasn't sure, because she's so cute I put her pic up anyway, but bare in mind she might not work a bar.
