I had a lame time and difficulty choosing at Topaz Hydromessage despite very large selection, but it's probably worth at least a peek. Main drawback is that it's out of the way with nothing else around. You may want to call a taxi when leaving. Price was good for the room about 1000 pesos I think, but didn't go for extras because the girl I picked was lame.

How does a Thai body massage compare to a PI massage? d'Art or anyone?

I've never heard of a PI soapie. From personal experience I would put PI massages way below Thai.

I thought the selection there was horrible. Let a taxi take me and I think I got inflated price of 1500. They are open 24 hours just like Skyline if that is important to you.

There was a rather large selection there, but it was not good. There was maybe one or two doables, but that would have been strecthing it. I decided to pass.
