Most promising massage parlor I visited looked like Skyline MP on the 8th floor of the Grand Boulevard Hotel. The hotel is on Roxas Blvd just south of Plaza Rajah Sulayman. It's very easy to find, you'll see it on the way from Pasay to Ermita/Malate. Coordinates C-11 on the E-Z Map of Manila. Staffed 24 hours with inexpensive rooms but extras must be negotiated with the girl, so it works out about the same as inclusive places. Get a business card at the desk, it may be good for 20% off on the room only.
If you stay at the Grand Boulevard, you can order "room service" by dialing 7824.

I just found some notes, here is a little bit more info.
The shift times are noon-8pm, 8pm-4am, and 4am-noon.
Price is 1000 pesos plus whatever you negotiate with the girl. They may have price deals for additional time beyond the base which I think was 60-90 minutes.
My photo #08396 was from Skyline.

The following TripReport snippet is taken from 2004/04 Xenono - Xen Returns to Asia With a Romp Through the Philippines
As you can probably gather from above, this place is located on the 8th floor of the Grand Boulevard Hotel. It is not too far up the street from the Heritage and it is conveniently located along Roxas Blvd. The idea of a massage parlor inside a four star hotel like the Grand Boulevard is just way cool. The fact they have room service is just cooler. I should have stayed there instead of the Heritage.
They had two prices depending on the time. I believe they were 1000 and 1200. Prime time was something like 6pm to 6am, if I recall correctly. I chose Tricia, who was 21. She had just recently come back to work and didn’t even have a number yet, so I had to count from the side and then up to the mamasan so she could call her out.
You essentially get to fuck in one of the hotel rooms here.
Tricia didn’t pull any punches and came right out and asked me what I wanted. We bypassed the massage and got right down to sex. She started at 3000 and I started at 1000 before we finally settled on 2000. She was trying to hold out for 2500 and I was trying to get her to 1500.
She absolutely, positively refused to give a BBBJ and would only provide CBJ. I liked the looks on this lady a lot, but you could tell she was a heavy smoker by her yellow teeth. She was hesitant towards the Vigel at first, but then I finally got it on her and was glad I did.
I ended up fucking the living shit out of this lady. She was pretty cold to start, but warmed up nicely as the session progressed. By the time the session ended I had her eating out of the palm of my hand. She was moaning and hollering so loudly I thought people were going to start banging down the door to make sure she was alright.
She said she had just returned from province and this was the first time she had had sex in three months. After the session we collapsed onto the bed and killed the rest of the time talking about a variety of different topics. Kind of expensive, no BBBJ, but warmed up and provided a nice session overall.

That's an interesting one--a massage parlor in a quality hotel--with room service!
That made me think: The LaCorona Hotel also lists among its services (on the info. sheet in the room) massage in the room. Being basically naive--I grew up in rural mid-America, where the most sinful thing available was to throw your bubble gum on the sidewalk--I shoved the possibility from my mind that such a massage might include the option of FS.
Anyone know anything about that? Anyone ever ask for the in-room massage at the LaCorona?

Yeah I have, it was not as good as the one at Palm Plaza (see the older report). Both places call an outside agency. Many hotels do, most have a card in the room, or a note somewhere, but maybe not. The worst in-hotel massage was the one at CityState Tower, no tip there...

If you guys interested in hotels that provide massage service I can recommend one:
Horizon Edsa Hotel
778 Boni Avenue
Mandaluyong City
Metro Manila, Philippines
In the room you will find a card
for massage service by Asmara Massage.
Like Scotsman, when I decided to call for "room service," my expectation was to get a normal message. But this changed quickly because as soon as the girl walked into my room, she asked me to undress completely and then proceeded to give teasingly sensual massage with casual penis-brush.
At the end she finally offered (with a winning smile) "extra" massage for about PHP
3000. I did not even bother to haggle.
She then started to take her clothes off and found a condom in her purse. She then climbeb on the the bed and sat in my lap facing me, and sorted of lifted herself onto my shaft. After a few minutes, she turned around to get on all fours, and with a very sexy voice asked me to fuck her doggie style.
Massage fee: PHP900
F/S: PHP 3000

Skyline, 8th floor, Grand Boulevard Hotel.
Grand Boulevard Hotel is on Roxas Blvd, next to Aristocrat restaurant. I first stayed there in the early 1980s during my first visits to Manila, which were business trips. At that time, it was known as the Silahis Hotel and had a Playboy Club on the second floor. It was one of the few times, I was able to utilize my lifetime membership card to the Playboy Club.
I do not know if it had a Skyline massage operation back in the early 1980s, because it was only the second time I had traveled overseas and I did not know about options for the horny male traveler. However, my colleague was an experienced world traveler and he showed me Ermitat and took me to a massage parlor where you could get a hand job. On the other hand, every night about 10 pm in my hotel room I would get a telephone call from a female stranger who I never met and she wanted to know if she could come to my room. My guess is that one of the bellhops was telling the room numbers of single male guests in their rooms without a girl friend.
That is the extent of my experience with this hotel. The reason for this post is that I recently heard about Skyline. During my late December 2005 vacation in Manila, I went to the hotel to check out Skyline. But, the bell captain told me that it was closed for the holidays for renovation and was supposed to re-open in late January 2006.
Maybe I will try again on another trip.
Keep on mowing.

Does anyone know if this hotel still has the massage service?
