Huge bar with cozy booths. The mamasans and waitress' push hard for lady drinks here but the talent level is average. I may have picked a bad night but I was not impressed.

Cotton Club is opposite the right side entrance and to the left of My Faire Lady. They have some of the most elaborate costumes with pink tops, leg warmers, and heels with white frills on their sleeves and white cowboy hats.
I was fortunate to find a really hot girl here and saw a couple others on my first night, but didn't see much on three other visits.
The place is huge with a large balcony level, too. I never had any pressure for drinks here.

Went in here, first time, we did a walk through and left, but it was before 8 pm.
I went in later after my travel amigo had left, and it was around 10, place was crowded with girls, 2 stages on main floor a small one at the back near the CR larger one up front and stage upstairs, could have been 2 not sure. Had VIP rooms also think it was 3k pisos for that.
Drinks, well I got the feeling of being a bone on the floor in front of some hungry dogs, everytime I came back from the CR there were more girls near my seat at the bar.
Finally one dancer came over and got the closest, so bought her a drink hoping to fend off the others.
Later found that bar fine is 1k piso, and the girl asked for 2500k piso. Less than one girl quoted me at Jools of 5 k piso.

Crowded with girls and Japnese tourist. Pushy GROS and door girl who followed me in for a drink. Needless to say had fun in here if only for the fact that being the only western face in the place was getting lots of attention, some unwanted. Anyhow was quoted 3k barfine for allnite, after paying the bar a 1k fine. Same price as in FEB, but did not see anyone who caught my attention 4k pesos worth that nite at least.

Lots of girls but at 3am...I was the only customer in here...earlier the place was a little more crowded but still not like it had been in previous visits.
Barfine 1k to bar...girls will take 2k...probably even less

Other females in a club may be a mama-san or a girl in street clothes who decided not to be a dancer, but is available for a barfine. The barfined girl generally gets 2,500 pesos for her short-time service (one orgasm) and 3,500 pesos for long-time service (to about 5 am minimum, if she has college class, has day job, or has to travel several hours to get home).
