Kamatipura (or Kamathipura) is the main red light district of Mumbai (Bombay). It became known for prostitution by the end of the 1800's. It is rather central to the city, bordered by Hornby Vellard to the north, and by Grant Road to the south. The main road that runs through it is Falkland Road - the place for "The Cages", where women are put on display behind barred doors. There is no entry fee as such but to new customers they charge Rs 100=00 entry fee. The girls there are so so except 3-4 girls who are really good. The place actually gets crowded only after 12 in night. Because of its location it remains open till 3 am. The girls will ask for Rs 1500- 2000 for short time (1 shot) However bargain and they will eventually come with you between rs 800 to rs 1000. The good part in evergreen is that if you have a car the girl will sit in the car with you directly and you can take her to nearby hotel at mumbaicentral. One is central guest house and other is star guest house. As soon as you climb the stairs you will find boys calling you and waving at you to come to their hotel. (thats salesmanship). Now POOJA BAR . This bar is located at mumbais dreamland cinema at balaram street near harkisandas hospital. There is entry fee of rs 150=00. The beer is costing rs 120=00 and same is for a peg of wiskey. Cold drinks are for rs 100=00. The girls there are very beautiful and cool. They will ask for anything between 1500 to 2000 to 5000 but eventually after bargaining they come with you for Rs 800 -1000 and the most beautiful is available at rs 1500=00 for short time (1 shot). Now the expence does not end here. The girls will not sit in your car directly they will come in the hotels taxi and then after traveling certain distance they will sit in your car. If you do not have a car then you can travel in the same taxi with the girl to the hotel. But if you have car or no car you have to pay the taxifellow Rs 200 to 250=00. Further the girls will only go to hotel dreamland located near VT station on P DEMELLOW road next to hotel sea lord. The hotel charges will be Rs 350=00 for non AC room and Rs 450=00 for AC room for 1 hour. hence total expence with room, girl etc will come out to be Rs 2000=00 approx for pooja bar and Rs 1500=00 for evergreen. However if you ask for my vote then i rate pooja bar better. I will come out with more details soon.
