This is a place to list Drivers, Hotels, Resturants, etc. that get a gold star after their name. Hopefully the good guys get more business and the fledgling tourist industry in Cambodia sees that plucking each pidgeon for every cent you can get is not a good for business long term.

I really liked this place. Right on the Mekong River 317 Sisowath Quay. Small. Bar downstairs with maybe a dozen rooms upstairs. 3 have outdoor an outdoor terrace. $15/$20USD Run by a former southern california surfer boy now expat, the place is used by english speaking folk. Punters, back packer chicks and the like.

I agree with California 2 being a great place. Since it is open 24 hours and has very good food at a reasonable price, it is a good place to meet up.
