So after a day and a half in Batam trying figure out the scene by talking to patrons of Lucy's Oar House Pub and some taxi drivers I notice a pile of single sheet print outs on a counter in a corner of Lucy's. Viola! They should have titled it Batam 101. This is pretty much the web verson.
