I dont' think it's due to the lottery hypothesis. Simply put, your two hours (on a good day) out of it, supply and demand, market forces, etc. The same can be seen just about anywhere in the world (take Pattaya vs. Bankok for example). Price in major cities rises due to many factors. Besides, lets say BF + drinks, she makes at least 30USD for the day, that's not a bad days' work for a local in AC.

It costs much more to grow pussy in Manila so they have to charge more accordingly.
