Heading north on P. Burgos I hit Rascals, which is located between Mascara and Ivory and Ivory Jungle. There was not much going on at Rascals when I went there. This was another place that had about 20 or so ladies, but nothing that really stood out at me. It was open from 6:00pm to 4:00am and was yet another 3000 barfine, 300 lady drink place. The ladies were dancing in black and white zebra outfits, which was pretty cool looking, but other than that I have nothing positive to say about the place. I had a drink and left.
