Wulumuqi Rd. close to Yanan Rd. opposite of Shanghai Hotel.

Go in to the alley opposite of Shanghai hotel and after about 30 meters the door is on the right side. There are only Chinese Characters at the entrance, but this place is quite obvious when you see it.

While inside the procedure is like many other of the Chinese sauna places. You will be greeted by the staff behind the counter get a locker key, go inside to the changing room, strip, take a shower and you get your bathrobe. (They have two pools, a sauna, and a steaming room, but it’s a bit old like the most of these places).
Go further into the big room, here you can either sit down for something to drink or/and a foot massage or you can just continue to the massage rooms 2 floors upstairs.

In the massage room you will fist get a regular massage for about 30 minutes, then its time for the oil-massage, off goes the clothes, and some body rubbing. After this its time for “Bing Huo” BBBJ with hot and ice cold water, a very nice experience. If there is time left after this, then some more traditional massage.

It’s a bit expensive, but the service is good and it’s a quite nice and clean place.
The bad thing is that you cant choose your massage lady, but if you don’t like the one that is sent to your massage room you can just ask them to bring another one.
