The first establishment I am going to review is the le Circe Club in Phnom Phen, Cambodia. The Le Circe Club is a mix between a hole in the wall bar and a strip joint. Essentially it is a small bar which is litteraly decorated with naked or semi naked women (generally fairly young women)of all shapes and sizes. The bar can comfortably accomodate around 15 people, there were at least 20 girls there. The upside is obviously that there are so many women crammed into a single venue that you are bound to find what you are looking for. Now the first down sides is that so many girls crammed into a single place is almost too much, I don't think I was able to get a good look at all the women. The second downside is that as prices go, Le Circe is pricey comparative to the rest of Cambodia, but still cheap comparative to Thailand and anywhere else. The bar is setup so that for $10 you can take any of the girls to one of the rooms upstairs for shortime, you can take the girl out for the night for $20 (it should be noted that this is called a barfine but I don't think you have to pay the girl seperately, although a tip would be appreciated and might make for a better rep next time you go). This is a very good place to end a night if you haven't found what you are looking for or if you just want to find a good woman without the hassle of searching for her.

The Le Circe Club is located a street parallel to the central market a block towards the river from the central market. If you ask a moto, they will know where to go.
