BROTHELS SURROUNDING BIBA, aka Phontamay near the port area
There are about 50 or more mamasan houses here that were more shoddy looking than Blue Mountain. Each house, or shack really, had about 5 girls. $5 ST and $20LT. The girls were not as good looking here and I actually saw a lot of fat Khmer girls. Many houses had red lights and the girls sat out front in plastic chairs.

Had a look at this place for a laugh, got a drunk german i met in the G,day bar in town to take me, he ask the girls what he wanted before he went with one [wise], otherwise the girls will avoid as much sex as possible with you.
For barangs they seem to price each activity, $5 boom boom, you want sucky sucky? thats another $5
The german guy went in for boom boom only but went and had sucky and i ended up paying the extra $5 for him, he was a retired expat with little money on him.
Theres both vietnamese and cambodians in this area, but to be honest its the cambodian woman who seem to give you good service here.
