Great new restaurant addition to the main bar area, very conveneient location across from Central Park Hotel as well as an entrance from Santos St. The food is generally very good and very reasonably priced. Epimetheus and I quickly settled on the deluxe nachos as our faves.

This place had gained a reputation for having good steaks, but Epi HATED his and I admit mine was a bit chewy in places. For 300 pesos for a 1" think porterhouse, tho, I'd imagine you get what you pay for!

They have a full bar service here and friendly waitresses dressed like bar waitresses and very playful. Pool table here too if you like that. I think they're trying to emulate Roadhouse music, but fortunately it ain't real loud. I think they open at 4 PM every day.

I really like this place a lot and will eat here several more times this week. The atmosphere reminds me of the Western style bike bars my dad used to take me to eat when I was a kid. Just as it was then, this place serves excellent food. I did not order the Porterhouse but did order Filet Mignon wrapped in bacon for 300 pisos. The steak came on a sizzling platter and was tender and delicious. I am not a big steak eater but the Atkins diet has me eating occasional red meat....sucks that I cant drink beer though.

The steak I had at this place last month was fucking HORRIBLE! Never thought it was possible to get THAT MUCH gristle on a steak. Xenono actually took a picture of what I had left over after my hands pooped out after carving away on that hunk of horse meat for a good half hour.

I still like Hole In D Wall, but hopefully I will remember how many times I have been burned by shitty steaks there in the past and never be tempted by one again.

Have to agree. The first steak I got there just after it opened was pretty good, but lately it sucks.

I have only eaten there once before. It was in 2004 during my first trip and it was with KM and EPI. I think I got a fillet there and it was horrible.

Now only if Bigballs would have followed through on his stated desire to gnaw on what Porker left...

The only decent food item in that place is the nachos and that is being generous.

It seems they are too cheap to turn on the aircon most of the time as well. Nothing like sweating like a pig as you try to enjoy lousy food !
