7th Heaven in Tokyo (Roppongi Ward, the foreign tourist excursion du jour) offers some of the hotest chics, but few of the fringe benefits. Likely, the discerning traveler would most enjoy Club Splash (just around the corner and down the dori a piece), which features just as many hotties, with many of the psuedo-marble interior attributes of the 7th Heaven, but with the added feature of a full size aquarium featuring a splashing and snorkeling dancer twirling about. Quite a site.
As with most Tokyo establishments, 5000 to 7000 yen for a full hands-on and mostly all over (your hands on her, if done respecfully) lap dance. Cover is usually 8000 per person (but this can be negotiated away if you've three or more in your party). Dancer will likely not be going home with you, but there are other places for that, and none too far away. Indeed, a barker near the Citibank is most likely to offer such, if you're listening, interested, and have the cash.

I used to be a doorman/floorman at Private Eyes in Roppongi back in the mid 90s. Haven't been back to Japan in quite a while. Where's Club Splash located? Is One Eyed Jack still in operation I don't even know anymore.
If you've got the money, a lot of dancers WILL go home with you. I often saw horny Japanese business-men wait outside the club to hook up with a nice silicone blondie getting off her shift and heading toward a love motel together. You can bet these guys are paying up the ass for an hour or so of fun though. One or two grand isn't really all that much to these Japanese business-men as compared to cheap Americans in Vegas tipping the girls dollar bills. These girls really take advantage dancing overseas.
99% of the girls giving private dances at 7th Heaven and Private Eyes (back in the day - I don't know about now) will gladly let you feel them up and even finish you off with a mess in your pants. I've lost count of how many guys I saw covering their crotch with their jackets walking out of the club. If you think about it, the kind of girls who would travel half way around the world to make money in "that kind" of business will not be such goodie two shoes limiting herself to plain old dancing. When opportunity arises for more money, more often than not they will take advantage of it.
Money talks, especially in Japan. You can get away with a lot, even if you're a gaijin.

Raimundo, I agree with you to some extent that money talks in Japan. However, its not really about the money when it comes to restrictions placed on gaijin in Japan. I have been here for 5 years and I have tried to get into numerous places in Shinjuku and other areas. Even with perfect Japanese and offering more money than the normal fee, I am still rejected.
I think the real problem is that the other Japanese customers dont want to see us gaijin in the same establishments that they go to. So often many managers refuse gaijin to protect their own business.
Honestly though there really is no need to pay for sex in Japan. Any gaijin can go to any normal club and pull a Japanese girl, all it takes is a simple hello with a smile.
