review of spa at Century hotel in Macau last Jan 2003.
Good location - only 15 min bus/taxi ride from airport or hovercraft terminal.
lots of gambling available in main floor of hotel
nice facility - it is in basement of hotel, but is very first class operation right from professional reception area to very large hot pool, individual service rooms, very comfortable TV/movie lounge with massage, ear cleaning?, pedicure, manicure, drink service(free) that is open 24 hrs - locker, robe slippers, towaels all provided upon entry.
Language can be quite a problem as it seemed to be quite hard to communicate what service is available, but basically everything is provided.
Women are not fantastic, but there is quite a variety(chinese - country and city girls, phillippine, vietnamese, and of course the more expensive russian girls(expect to pay approx 40% premium for these as they see to be quite popular with the Chinese. Choices are limited if you want english speaking.
Maybe it was because of language barrier, but did find that it turned out to be quite an expensive place(relatively speaking). You paid a limited entry fee(equivalent to 10usd) and you did not pay while in spa, but the bill when you left seemed quite high as services seemed to add up. Believe it was equivalent to 200usd for my visit and that included a semi good thai style massage(soapy, wet kind), blow job(with condom),and than had massage, pedicure, manicure, ear cleaning treatment in lounge area. Again pricing was somewhat confusing unless you understood Chinese.
If you have problems with this you can talk with the manager upstairs and he seemed to be quite reasonable as he can arrange for one of same girls from below to visit your room - 2 hours was approx $50usd.

Pros - very clean, comfortable, safe atmosphere in a very good quality 4-5 star type facility. Unlimited time in spa area was cheap if you did not get any of the beauty type services(women just come up and start performing them if you do not say no) if you just wanted to drink, swim , sleep, watch movies, see attendents moving around. Payment can be made by credit card through hotel desk or spa reception area so is quite convenient. Gambling, hotel offerings were quite opulent and reasonable($80-100usd/night) - equivalent in Vegas would be $500-1000/night. Limo service was available anywhere on island from hotel. Did not even have reservation and was there right at Chinese New Year so believe availability to be very good.

Cons - quite expensive relative to street Macau offerings, langauge barrier(there very few people in hotel that speak english), offerings/selection nothing like Amsterdam.
