I have made 2 tours of Patong in Thailand in the last 3 months. I found an excellent hotel next the main street, Bangla Road, and had a different girl every night (sometimes 2) until I found one that I really liked. I tried viagra to make the experiences last longer.

The hotel was excellent making the experience so much better. There was no extra cost to bring girls back, the bed was huge and the bathroom was also huge so we could have showers together.
