I went to Mascara next. It is located along the east side of P. Burgos Street and is right next to Caboose and Billboard. Note: Caboose is a gay karaoke place located upstairs above Billboard. I was told Mascara had been there for about a year. It was another standard 3000 barfine, 300 lady drink place. Went in around midnight or 12:30 am on a Saturday night and they had about 20 ladies available. Again, nothing seemed to stand out at this bar so I had my one obligatory drink and then left.
