Home to Angkor Wat, Siem Reap is a must for any visitor to Cambodia. Fortunately, you can enjoy the beauty of Cambodian women there, in addition to the temples. There are fewer options than in Phnom Penh, but one good option will suffice for the 2-3 days needed for sightseeing. That good option is a bar called Zanzybar, located on the south end of Ph Sivatha (the main street in town) near the Bakong Guest House. The girls at the bar, between 18-25 generally, are attractive, nice, and willing. They free lance there, so the drinks are fairly priced and the bar is very low key. You can just hang out there and ignore them, or show interest and find yourself the subject of much attention.
I took a girl back to my hotel, and she spent the night with me. I had a wonderful time. She told me to pay her what I wanted. I gave her $30, and she seemed more than satisfied.

Drove by that place a couple times while I was in SR (early April) but never made it in.

Sansibar IS a good place. I visited several times about thrre years ago and always found nice company, usually paid 20 USD per girl (I prefer to be with more than one at a time). Hotels are no problem, they are used to that.
On the other side of the river is also a good place with vietnamese girls, there the official price is 20 USD (paid to the bar) and the girls are leaving together with you. Other places in town were very dark inside, you really do not know whom you are with, and prices tend to be higher.

Be aware of a couple of massage salons in town with very young girls, almost certainly minors. I entered and realized it was not my place....
