Anybody know anything about this service?

I still haven't given up on finding a place to stay in BKK longterm (1 month). Whatever the rent is, it still has to be cheaper than paying 750USD ($25x30).

I've done some checking around and it's difficult to find places that will take someone for only a month.
I did find one place off of Soi 6 that rented month-to-month. It was 17000B/month + utilities. A bit older, but decent and close to Nana. I decided against renting from them because they shut down the elevator to my floor for a month. They have since fixed the problem.
If I remember the name of the place I'll post it here.

And no kingsize bed until you get up to "Plan A".
Would be interesting to rent that place with a buddy though. The furniture there would be as covered with cum as the couch in the Indo apt MongerX and I rented...
